This inaugural festivity will be in place of the usual 'Stuffed Santas'.
So.. get rubbish collecting! Save old tyres, pipes, rope. Maybe use old scarves as tinsel. Keep your plastic bottles, cutlery, tins and drums. Recycle egg cartons. Reuse pop sticks and chopsticks.
There are 2 categories to enter in; pint-sized trees less than 1 metre tall and big is best, taller than 1 metre.
Entry forms are available from Coonawarra Store, Koonara Wines and Penola Visitor Information Centre.
