Four local Riverland Schools have contributed to the latest exhibition being held at the Rainmoth Gallery. High School students from Waikerie, Loxton and Berri along with students from the Waikerie Primary School have put together a variety of colour artwork produced during the year to showcase their skills to a wider audience. Students from Berri Region al Secondary College were a major feature at SALA (S.A. Living Arts) this year proudly taking out the Credit Union SA Schools Award. Age is no barrier when it comes to exhibiting work in this exhibition as Reception students through to year 12 s are represented with a range spanning across construction pieces, recycles art, print making, acrylics and light photography.
Running throughout December and January the exhibition will take advantage of the school holidays when more students can take the opportunity to visit the gallery. Santa's Cave and the Christmas Tree Display (behind the gallery) are also popular places to visit at the same time as visiting the gallery. Don't forget that the gallery also supports our local artists with a range of unique items in the gift shop that reflect the many talents in our community.
