The Mint has some amazing robots that do some very important jobs. But how do they know what to do? Learn all about it with Robogals Canberra in their Edison Workshop. This workshop is a great introduction to coding and simulates how objects receive instructions and information and can respond accordingly.
Robogals Canberra is a non-profit organisation designed to promote gender equality in STEM based careers. As a student run body based in the Australian National University, the members lead and run workshops across Canberra throughout schools and campuses to inspire young children. Having helped over 11000 students, involved with more than 50 schools and leading 350 collaborative workshops Robogals Canberra has maintained an active presence in the Canberra community.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and bookings are essential. This program is aimed at children aged 6-12.
