Breast Cancer Prevention charity Pink Hope x Australia's original activewear brand Rockwear have teamed up for a fundraising Pilates class which will be taking place virtually on Saturday 23 October at 930am.
The class will cost $5.50 to join and all proceeds will go towards Pink Hope's efforts to raise awareness around getting checked for breast cancer, as well as being aware of your cancer family history for prevention purposes.
Turn up the heat with the incredible Nina Sabey for a fiery 30-minute beginner friendly Pilates workout. In our session you'll work 360 degrees of your abdominals and thighs followed by a challenging arm flow to end. Enhancing your strength and stamina, you'll work on muscles that improve posture and prevent injuries, making you feel empowered for the rest of your day.
