The Royal Western Australia Regiment (RWAR) Birthday Service held at St George's Cathedral in July each year.
Salute to the Governor:
- Royal Salute to the Governor.
- Honour Guard by Army Cadets.
Church Service:
- Colour Parties from 11/28 RWAR and 16 RWAR Battalions march the Colours into the Cathedral, where they are received by the Clergy.
- Church Service to celebrate the anniversary of the Regiment and to commemorate past sacrifices, signified by the laying of wreaths.
- Colour Parties march the Colours out at the end of the service.
Light refreshments in Burt Hall after the service
- Light refreshments served.
- Acknowledgment of City of Perth long historic links to RWAR .
- Speeches by the Governor and Deputy Lord Mayor, City of Perth.

- Bus stops and car parking are nearby.
- Easy walk from City Train Station.
- Wheelchair friendly.
