Brix Distillers is Sydney's premier dedicated rum distillery. Opening in 2018, we set out to create a quintessentially Australian rum by sourcing the best quality Australian ingredients. Every Sunday enjoy a 2-hour sitting anytime from 12pm - 4pm with bottomless beverages, our famous slow cooked ribs with Brix rum glazes & live music. All for just $75 per person!
