We are celebrating Patrón Tequila all summer long at Opera Bar with Summer of Tequila!

Our Summer of Tequila menu features 6 cleverly curated cocktails highlighting Patrón Tequila in different and delicious ways.

Join us by the water and sip on your favourite tequila cocktails including spicy, refreshing and bold twists on the classics you love.

For those who like it hot, try the Watermelon Paloma with Patrón Silver, fresh-pressed watermelon, grapefruit, lime and habanero. Or, opt for the native Australian inspired Quandong margarita with Patrón Silver, house-made quandong liqueur, lime, cayenne and plum bitters.

Cool off with the Cucumber & Agave Gimlet with Patrón Silver, Martini Bianco and lime and dabble with the devil that is the Reposado El Diablo featuring Patrón Reposado, crème de cassis, lime, ginger beer and cracked pepper.

If you are someone who can't go past a Piña Colada, then you will love the Frozen Agave Colada, a tequila take on the much loved tropical beverage consisting of Patrón Silver, pineapple, lime, coconut (contains dairy).

Hardcore tequila fans will be all over the Añejo Rosita with Patrón Añejo, Campari, Martini Bianco, Martini Rosso and bitters - a strong and punchy cocktail not for the faint-hearted.

 As you sit back, take in view of Sydney's idyllic harbour and soak up the sun with one of our uniquely crafted Patrón Tequila cocktails in hand, you can also enjoy listening to live music from some of Sydney's best DJs and musicians.

 Covid-19 safety

We're implementing measures and practices to make sure we're all being safe. A couple of things to keep in mind when coming into our venue:

• Each guest will need to register their details upon arrival at the venue.

• Sanitise and wash your hands regularly 

• Respect 1.5m distance between all groups at all times. 

• We have a dedicated COVID Marshall, operating at a minimum of key service times.

• Capacity is limited to one person every four square metres and a 300 person limit applies.
