In order to provide for them, she launches a small agricultural business, but in the traditional patriarchal village where she lives, her ambition and efforts to empower herself and other women are not seen as positive things.

PARALLEL MOTHERS - JANUARY 23

From Academy Award-winning writer/director Pedro Almodóvar and starring Oscar winner Penélope Cruz, PARALLEL MOTHERS tells the story of two women, Janis and Ana, who coincide in a hospital room where they are going to give birth.
