Sunday Sweat at Convent - Online offers you the perfect opportunity to sweat it out and workout online from the comfort of your lounge room. Though not essential, it helps if you've attended a 5Rhythms class before. Get our TICKETS HERE for classes held on Sundays from 10am to 12pm on the following dates and months. August 9 & 16; September 13; October 25; November 15 & December 13.
Hosted by Moving Essence, they compare these sessions to a prayer, a form of self-healing that takes you closer to ecstasy. These events are music-only, un-facilitated 1hr X 2 5Rhythms Waves; with the second hour often with a deeper intention or theme. Find out more on their event page. Online bookings close when the class starts, however, if you miss the deadline, use the 11th-hour telephone booking service and call (03) 5427 4654. They're able to take card payments over the phone for an hour after the class starts.
