As the sun sets over Sydney and we cast off in our kayaks, watch the city come to life and illuminate around you from your floating vantage point. Our leisurely paddle loop starts at the Australian National Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour.

These provide a rare opportunity to paddle through Darling Harbour on a moonlit adventure that allows you to experience Sydney's VIVID Festival from a unique and crowd-free perspective.

Our expert kayak guides will take you up close to a myriad of Darling Harbour attractions, including Across The Sea - stunning historical images of immigrants arriving in Sydney Harbour, displayed on the roof of the Maritime Museum, and Sydney Infinity, the largest floating liquid and light show ever seen in Australia.

We will then head back into the heart of Darling Harbour, passing the city lights where we will find somewhere nice and sheltered where some light snacks and refreshments will be served, and here you can enjoy a moment taking in the evening view and get some more amazing photos.

The sea kayaks that we will be paddling in are a Mirage Sea Kayaks Touring double - they are very stable and have a wonderful glide.

This tour is suitable for beginner paddlers, however, paddling experience is recommended.

Everyone will be grouped into double (2 person) kayaks. If there is an odd-numbered tour, then the lead guide will determine the person that will paddle in the single kayak (generally the strongest paddler of the entire group).
