A weekly after school program in a gym setting where young people will learn how to set effective, achievable goals and use gym equipment in a safe way. Delivered by fully qualified Personal trainers and youth workers. This program is targeted towards local high school students ages 12 to 16 years, and aims to build strength, not only physically but mentally. This program is targeted towards young women, however all students who would like to join in will be welcome to attend.
