We have a series of hands on cooking class where one of our professional chefs will have you journeying to SE Asia and learning how to create a huge selection of Vietnamese, Thai, Malaysian and Cambodian dishes which you can then master again at home.
This is an inspiring way to launch your home cooking skills up to another level whilst finding out the true meaning of a cultural food journey.
Each group class is fully hands on , lasts 4 hours and you will have time to dine on your creations to test how good your cooking has become.
You will be shown how easy it is to create those delicious restaurant favourites once you demystify Asian ingredients and cooking techniques and you will take home your recipes from each class so you can do it time and time again.
Pick and chose your way through over 40 menus in the calendar or string them together for a gourmet weekend.
