The Beach Workshop is a fun and engaging day of painting for 8-12-year-olds. Students will learn about colour theory and composition before painting their own beach scene.
They will experiment with beach colour blends and beach scene compositions. They will enjoy building up layers and texture while exploring opaque and translucency effects using acrylic paint, brushes and palette knives.
These experiences will help the students make creative choices for their own 30cm x 30cm stretched canvas which they will paint and complete on the day. Cost includes materials.
