Explore a great selection of quality bubbles at the 3rd annual festival dedicated solely to Prosecco.

Meet growers, winemakers and importers, and taste some of the best Prosecco available in Australia today.

This unique event brings together Italian and local Prosecco producers, as well as Van Di Vino, Australia's first Prosecco and Spritz Bar, wines by the glass, and great tunes to get you in the mood.

With up to 40 different Proseccos to try there's one to suit every palate! Brands include:

Italy: Tenuta 2 Castelli, Col Del Lupo, Silvano Follador, Borgo Molino, Carpene Malvolti, Casa Canavel, Bottega, Rigoni, Cester Camillo, Calneggia , Bandini, Babo, Tenuta di Guia

Australia: Dal Zotto, Brown Brothers, Pizzini Wines, Box Grove Vineyard, Mitchelton, Cloak & Dagger, Sam Miranda Wines, See Saw Wines, Tar and Roses, Trentham Estate, King River Estate

The outdoor piazza will be host to an array of delicious Italian and local food

*NB due to events outside our control some previously confirmed and advertised wineries are now not able to particpate*. All participating wineries are listed.

Each ticket includes a beautiful tasting glass, that's yours to keep, a Festival program and a tote bag which holds up to 2 bottles of wine for take-home purchases, and tastings of over 40 different Proseccos.

Due to licensing restrictions this is an adults only event - children under 18 cannot be accomodated at any time.

2 session times are available : 11am-3pm and 4.30pm-8.30pm

VIP Sessions :

There is 1 VIP session for each timeslot - which includes a 45 minute Prosecco Masterclass with the Prosecco Queen, Melissa Brauer, where guests will taste 4 different styles of Prosecco paired with antipasto snacks and cheese thanks to The Meat Room and That's Amore.

VIP guests will also enjoy 1 hour access to the VIP balcony with grazing station from That's Amore, and Prosecco kindly supplied by Australia's first Prosecco, Dal Zotto wines. Guests can also enjoy the Select Aperitvo Venetian Spritz experience thanks to Alepat Taylor.

Session One VIP Masterclass starts at 12pm sharp on Level 1

Session Two VIP Masterclass starts at 5.30pm sharp on Level 1

Masterclasses run for 45 minutes, and access to the VIP rooftop is immediately after the masterclass.

Please note all tastings are including in the ticket price. Additional wines by the glass will be available via a token system, each token is worth $10 and can be purchased on the way in and from roving token sellers and can be redeemed at all stands for a glass of Prosecco (standard pour 120ml)

For take home sales there will be a bottleshop where you can make your purchases at any time, located at the entry/exit point to the main hall. Your festival tote bag will hold 2 bottles of wine. You can also order wine to be delivered after the event directly from exhibitors
