Timeless is an exhibition which aims to recognize and express the beauty of everyday objects or physical surroundings that are often overlooked or unacknowledged. It invites viewers to rediscover the magic and allure present in the seemingly mundane objects and nature of daily life.
The exhibition displays a diverse range of media from different artists, such as ceramics, paintings, wood and mixed media works, and we aim to focus attention on the aesthetic appeal, craftsmanship, and symbolic meanings associated with timeless objects, physical surroundings and nature. We also invite viewers to understand a deeper appreciation and be mindful of the beauty that surrounds us in our daily lives.
We start delving into different ways to initiate dialogue between the media, artists of the cross-cultural setting and viewers altogether. We come to discover the simplicity beyond elaborate processes of each practice, anticipating how each different practice could further develop within the ever-changing surroundings.
