Tobias McCorkell discusses his first novel, Everything in its Right Place. Set in Melbourne, this coming-of-age story tackles themes of class, love and sexuality with humour, truth and grit. It is a story of the legacies and dilemmas that families bring and of how we all must find our own way.
Tobias McCorkell is the recipient of a Varuna Residency Fellowship and a Leighton Artists Studios Residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Canada. Tobias has taught creative writing and has authored works of non-fiction. He lives in Coburg.
