Nic Trezise, an award-winning Chef de Cuisine, is leading a masterclass teaching you how to prepare, season and grill the best tomahawk steaks from WA's Stirling Ranges supplied by Ryan's Meats and Stirling Ranges Beef supply. He will be doing this by preparing the steak on the Spanish barbacoa (wood fire grill). The Tomahawk Master class will allow you to take home 2 portions of tomahawk steak, so you can go home and practice what Nic has taught you.
The masterclass is a 1.5hour session with Chef Nic, and provides drinks (wine and beer), canapes and tomahawk tastings. As well as this, Take-home-tomahawks available on the day.
