This February workshop at The Bakehouse Studio, located in Marrickville, will focus on the hand-building skills needed to create native Australian floral forms. These techniques can be adapted to build a variety of other botanical and abstract forms.
In Session 1 you will develop ideas and learn techniques for creating unique hero totem beads or a small table sculpture.
In Session 2 you will explore different glazing techniques to compliment your own particular work.
This workshop was initially developed for those who have already completed a Totems I workshop at The Bakehouse Studio or who would like to extend skills on more detailed ceramic forms.
Beginners welcome.
