It's truffle season again! And Mount Majura Vineyard knows the most delicious way to enjoy truffles is with their wines. Fresh truffle from neighbour Jayson at The Truffle Farm is used to infuse a deliciously rich triple-cream brie-style cheese. With this, they pour a flight of three 80ml glasses matched to the truffled brie. This will include their beautiful 2011 Late Disgorged Silurian Sparkling as well as pulling a red from their cellar for the experience.
Available throughout June, July and August. Online bookings close the day prior. Please call to check if there are any available places for tastings on the day. Truffle and Wine Flights can be booked on their website.
