The Turkish Pazar Festival celebrates the traditional street bazaars of Turkey in a family-friendly, free event at the Queen Victoria Market.
The festival celebrates the diversity of Turkish street foods and introduces new tastes and flavours to visitors. The Turkish Pazar Festival also shares and celebrates Turkish culture by showcasing diverse styles of Turkish music and folklore, arts and crafts in the day-long stage program.
Turkish performers will entertain with their selections of modern and traditional music, with folklore and drumming groups performing on both Saturday and Sunday, and the colourful Australian Mehter Band performing on Sunday. Free children's activities will also be available on both days.
