Who do you love? What do you love? How do you love?
Love is a precious joy that deserves to be celebrated. To revel in the joy of connection, and the expression of gratitude for the people in our lives who inspire, support and define us.
Your beloved, your besties, your family, your community, your fur babies, your workmates, your neighbours, your mentors.
Love comes in many forms and many words have been written of this magic and across the Valentine's Weekend Poets are taking it to The Streets to do just that.
Sydney Poetry, in collaboration with the City of Sydney Arts Grant program present
'Vessels of Love' Close Encounters of a Poetry Kind.
12 local poets will spend the weekend at The Streets, reflecting on the big subject of love in all it's forms with diners, performing and creating prose to define it in an intimate exchange of poetry performed to you at your table, or maybe a poem written just for you. Artists will be visiting upon all the restaurants in The Streets across Sat 13th & Sun 14th between 1-3pm & 6-8pm.
Make this Valentine's Day weekend a moment of meaning.
Celebrate the people, things, places and foods you love at The Streets.
