NOLA & B.R.A.S.S have collaborated with Reservoir Distillery to release a unique American whiskey blend comprised of 100% corn bourbon, 100% rye whiskey, and 100% wheat whiskey, but we need you to help choose the perfect ratio, and pick our blend's 'mashbill'.
Guests will collaborate in small teams to submit blends for judging by our panel of whiskey tasters, with the winning recipe going on to be bottled and shipped to Australia in early 2022. The team that produces our signature blend will be awarded a bottle each for their efforts, along with even more prizes awarded throughout the night.
To explore some of the many blending possibilities, in a series of rounds, we will take inspiration from prominent mashbills from across the U.S. including High Rye Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon and Kentucky Rye Whiskey recipes.
A selection of southern-style smoked meats and sides will be provided between rounds.
