This 90-minute masterclass will cover winning whiskies from the 2021 Tasting Australia Spirit Awards presented by Master Cask, with special selections from whisky legend and Tasting Australia Spirit Awards Patron, Bill Lark.
Lark is a legend of Australian distilling. The single malt whisky he produced in 1992 was the first spirit of its kind made on local shores for 154 years. Decades of success have followed, with a slew of trophies testament to his skill and vision. Lark Distillery was one of four distillers nominated for Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
Lark will be joined by fellow expert George Campbell - beverages accelerator Mighty Craft's group distiller - and founder of leading oak supplier Master Cask: Darren Lange.
Whisky is the largest spirits category in Australia at present and also hugely popular overseas.
