While founder Natalie Paull maintains her connection with her many fans through her online platform, her bestselling book and her appearances on the likes of TV's MasterChef, a one-day-only return of the Beatrix experience in person seemed the perfect thing for the 2023 return of everybody's favourite epic brunching extravaganza.
