Join us at 'Chiswick In Bloom' this spring - two months of activity that sees our restaurant and garden come to life to celebrate spring- and the launch of a dedicated Chiswick bar area with its own special menu.&nbsp;Showcasing our home-grown seasonal produce- revel in the flavours of our spring menus across both our a la carte menu as well as a special menu available exclusively through the communal bar. In the restaurant- feast on classics such as Chiswick's slow roasted lamb shoulder- and new menu highlights including globe artichokes with asparagus- garden herbs and pecorino- alongside a half roast chicken with sunrise potato and snow peas.For those who are after a lighter night out- we have also introduced a spring snack menu in the bar. In partnership with Bombay Sapphire- we have created a cocktail and snack In Bloom menu. Cloud Studies&nbsp;is the first solo exhibition in Australia by&nbsp;Forensic Architecture- a research agency comprised of architects- artists- filmmakers- journalists- scientists- lawyers and other specialists who undertake investigations into human rights abuses- state violence and environmental crimes around the world.Using the disciplinary tools of both architecture and forensics- Forensic Architecture have given rise to a new form of investigative practice that seeks to uncover-&nbsp;analyse&nbsp;and present evidence from the crimes of our recent past and consider the&nbsp;convergence of&nbsp;architecture- media- and violence.In&nbsp;Cloud Studies-&nbsp;Forensic Architecture&nbsp;contend with the interconnectedness of global atmospheres. The work brings together eight recent investigations under a single theme- toxic clouds. In a year of bushfire- pandemic and protest- where toxic clouds&nbsp;colonise&nbsp;the air we breathe and shape the way we connect-&nbsp;Cloud Studies&nbsp;presents evidence of perseverance and resistance.The exhibition is extended by related investigations and a publication-&nbsp;Responses to the Cloud-&nbsp;that explores the themes of&nbsp;Cloud Studies&nbsp;from a local context- with&nbsp;new writing&nbsp;by&nbsp;Joel Spring-&nbsp;Saba&nbsp;Bebawi-&nbsp;Jason De&nbsp;Santolo-&nbsp;Tom Melick-&nbsp;Nikki Lam-&nbsp;Thalia Anthony-&nbsp;Micaela Sahhar&nbsp;and curators&nbsp;Stella Rosa McDonald&nbsp;and&nbsp;Eleanor Zeichner. Sabbia Gallery is pleased to present two beautiful new exhibitions of glass- part of Sydney Craft Week.Nick Mount: This Spring&nbsp;is a solo exhibition by one of Australia's foremost and internationally-acclaimed contemporary glass artists. Working in this medium since the mid-1970s it is always a pleasure to experience Nick's beautifully blown- cold-worked and assembled artworks.Ninuku Arts: New Work in Glass&nbsp;is a new venture for a group of Indigenous artists located in the furthest communities in the APY Lands of South Australia. Founded in 2006- the group have become known for their powerful colour palettes as well as the diversity of styles- techniques and mediums.
