For the first time ever, a Christmas food and drink market is coming to Melbourne complete with inspiring Christmas food and drink demonstrations, tasty festive treats and cocktails and curated products for gifting & styling. From the team behind the Good Food & Wine Show this brand-new festive market will take place in the most beautiful event space in the city, at the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton from Friday 25 – Sunday 27 November.
With over 100 food and drink stalls, gourmet food trucks, festive tunes and a lively atmosphere, there’ll be no shortage of entertainment or foodie bites to get you through the stalls. Everything you need for your Christmas table, gifts and stocking fillers from wines to whiskies, Christmas puds to pavlovas! Save that last minute dash to the shops and pick up far more exciting and unique alternatives that you just can’t find at your local supermarket.
Need inspiration for your festive entertaining? Take a seat in The Festive Kitchen and enjoy sessions hosted by Victoria’s finest food and drink producers and chefs providing seasonal recipes and top tips. From mouth-watering dessert inspiration to perfecting your Christmas Ham, take your feast to the next level.
It just wouldn’t be Christmas without a festive tipple! Take a break from the shopping over a glass of something deliciously refreshing at the Curatif Cocktail Bar located in the heart of the Christmas Market. And if you need to discover exciting new wines for your Christmas table and drinks parties, come and join Wine Selector’s Secret Sip sessions and taste and discover wines perfect for the festive season.
There are over 40 wine stalls at the market. Grab yourself a tasting glass and work your way through them to find your new favourites to enjoy this festive season. The market is perfectly timed for you to make your orders with wineries taking part so you get your wines delivered to your door early in December in plenty of time for Christmas.
