Our selected bowls from Nepal create a unique experience, instantly transporting you to another time and place, bringing forth memories, emotions and a change in state of mind and mood. Be prepared for a totally uplifting experience!
We are holding weekly classes within a serene and healing environment, to help you build up a regular practice into your routine for stress relief, self care and replenishing your energy. Our sessions are designed for all levels, no prior experience is necessary.
Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with many years of experience as a meditation instructor, her gifts focusing on self-healing techniques have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops.
