De Vine Food & Wine has long been Sydney's home of Amaro. With an award-winning list and over 200 Amaros to choose from, it's the largest collection in Australia.
To celebrate this complex and nuanced spirit we are hosting A Night Of Amaro on Wednesday 15th June. Guided by Campari Group ambassador Tristram Fini, it's sure to be fun as well as informative.
Join us from 6.30pm for a cocktail to start followed by delicious cicchetti to sample. It then becomes a sit down affair with a 3-course menu served with matching wines chosen by special guest Andreas Puhar of Enoteca Sydney as well as matching Amaros selected by De Vine's very own Julian Izzillo.
Tickets are $120pp and limited to 40 tickets. Bookings are essential.
