If you've been looking for ways to be a good ally and be anti-racist in the way you work, think and navigate the world, then this free training program is for you. The program is the perfect platform to develop your understanding of structural racism and your skills in challenging racism and oppression when you see it.
The 2 engaging and interactive online workshops are designed to develop racial literacy, empathy, and understanding of race-related issues and identities, alongside tools, skills and strategies for intervention in your everyday life.
Using a combination of group work, role play, and personal reflection, these workshops develop capacity for solidarity, accountability and bystander intervention.
The training program consists of 2 workshops delivered on Zoom. Participants need to commit to attending both workshops.
