Join us at Beckett's as Archie Rose walks you through how to blend a selection of pure botanical distillates to create your own signature gin. Archie Rose's ambassador, Dan Ritchie will guide you through how to stir, shake and strain your unique gin into a timeless cocktail classic before you quaff the fruits of your labour!
After your masterclass, enjoy a five-course gin-paired tasting dinner with Archie Rose's limited-edition gins by chef-patron Jeff Schroeter, whose menu will take inspiration from Archie Rose gin and its botanicals.
'As gin lovers, we've wanted to work with Archie Rose for a long time; they are a brilliant local producer and we have such respect for them,' said Jeff.
Jeff's gin-infused menu includes his famous gin and beetroot cured salmon; a true vision of beauty with its vibrant fuchsia tones (and delicious, of course, too!). Jeff's other dishes are yet to be announced while he not only sources seasonal ingredients, but also surprise gems from his magnificent suppliers.
This gin-tastic Clubhouse event will beGIN at 6 pm with Archie Rose taking you through the brief history of gin. Tickets are $230 pp Clubhouse members ($250 pp for non-members) and include five sublime food courses and your exclusive Archie Rose gin cocktails.
