From 17 to 24 February 2021, we look forward to welcoming you to celebrate Chinese New Year at Aria. Executive Chef Joel Bickford has created a six-course tasting menu and a premium eight-course Chinese-inspired degustation to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
The limited-edition menu showcases prestige ingredients to match the dining room's unparalleled view of the Sydney Opera House.
Guests who choose the prestige wine pairing will receive a special red envelope at the end of their Chinese New Year experience, enjoying additional experiences across a selection of Matt Moran restaurants.
'This year's bespoke Chinese New Year menu celebrates new beginnings. We have selected some of the finest produce from all over Australia such as Western Australian marron, Maremma duck from Tathra, Paspaley Pearl meat from Broome and local blacklip abalone. The menu differs from our standard tasting menu as all the dishes are specially designed for the celebration' - Executive Chef, Joel Bickford
