What: Our 3km loop course is accessible to all! Use your feet, roll your wheelchair, push your pram or walk dog... you choose how to get to the finish line. Proceed to our Event Village for a BBQ picnic and fun activities to celebrate!
Why: Raise critical funds and awareness for MD and have a fun day out with the community
Who: Make a team of family, friends, workmates or school friends, or come along solo
Theme: Flaunt red to show your support, grab our merch or show off your fancy dress for extra fun!

Muscular Dystrophy NSW is excited to share our new event, the Big Red Roll + Stroll! This event is a tribute to our previous Big Red Ride challenge, but re-imagined as an inclusive 3km loop for runners, rollers and strollers around Parramatta Park followed by a celebration BBQ and entertainment in our event village that allows our whole community to be involved.
After a tough last year for all, the Big Red Roll + Stroll will be a chance to reconnect with community and have a fun day out together.
Together we'll be raising vital funds and awareness to support people with MD to live the life they choose. These funds will help MDNSW re-invigorate our face-to-face services including camps, retreats, independent living skills programs and peer connect meet-ups after last year saw many of these services cancelled or moved to zoom due to Covid-19.
We are excited to support our community again in person and need your help to make these critical services available to everyone.
Can't make it to the event? No problem, sign up virtually!
Take on Big Red Roll + Stroll at home! We'll give you tips on selecting your own 3km route and inviting your family, friends and local community to join you. Or get your local gym involved and invite your crew to hop on the thread mills together for 3kms for a good cause.
