With views across the Melbourne city skyscrapers, Bomba is plating up a delicious Spanish fare to share including manchego and onion croquetta, corn ribs with paprika aioli, pork belly with sherry caramel, chicken chilindron, patas bravas and gem lettuce.
You can't forget the booze and there are two hours of bottomless service with cocktails, beer, bubbles, wine and cider all on offer.
Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday
Time: From 12pm (lunch only)
Offer: $79 per person including six dishes to share across two courses and two hours of endless booze.
