Mindfulness is about learning to be fully present and in this private 'Zen Warrior' Mindfulness coaching class, kids six to 12-years-old will develop the skills they need to maintain a healthy, happy mind!
The Zen Warrior coaching will present the basics of mindfulness and meditation in an easy-to-understand and playful way for kids.
Our warriors will learn:
How to handle big emotions
Improve their ability to concentrate
Explore their creativity
Acts of kindness
The power of the mind
This class will include simple meditations, fun activities and chats relevant to their feelings - all aimed at helping each child flourish naturally. Downloads will also be provided after the class for home play.
Please note (for parents): I have been coaching mindfulness to kids for many years and have found that private coaching is much more effective than large community groups. It is also extremely beneficial for a parent to attend the coaching so the key learnings can be integrated into daily home life. Please feel free to reach out and discuss your child's specific needs and areas of focus prior to the class.
Knowledge required
Perfect for beginners.
What to bring
Just a cushion to sit on comfortably.
Suitable for
Suitable for kids from 6 to 12 years old. An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
