***This event has been cancelled*** Join us for an evening of star-spotting at Regional Flavours' Opening Party! Join Miguel Maestre, Khanh Ong, Alastair McLeod, Paul West and more while you devour a specially designed menu by celebrity chef Alastair McLeod.
Tickets cost $120pp and feature one of Merlo's signature espresso martinis on arrival, followed by canapes and free-flowing beverages from Sirromet and Stone & Wood, plus live tunes.
This two-hour inclusive party is the perfect entree to the epic two day soiree that is Regional Flavours.
Canapes by Chef McLeod:
- Moreton Bay bug, seaweed crisp, curry leaf, togarashi
- Salmon brandade, sumac crostini, Yarra Valley caviar
- Smoked cashew cheese, wattle seed cracker, native lime, saltbush
- Roasted Hervey Bay scallops, Buderim ginger, Bauple nut
- Seared eye fillet of beef, crispy rosti, spiced apple chutney
- Free range pork & fennel roll, Gentlemen's relish
- Golden spiced Mooloolaba King prawns, lime aioli
- Crumbed chicken sando, kale slaw, pickled cucumber
