Come and join us for a wine dinner experience hosted by the award winning 'Master Winemaker' Paul Bridgeman as we venture south this evening to Victoria's Yarra Valley where we are delighted to meet Levantine Hill Estate, one of the most spectacular wineries in Australia.

With perfectly paired signature CWR food, we will make our way through a tasting of the Yarra Valley's iconic varietals - chardonnay, pinot noir and cabernet.

Through highly talented winemaking and a 'spare no expense in the pursuit of quality attitude', Levantine Hill's expression of these varietals is second to none. We cannot wait to share a comprehensive tasting from their premium wine range with our favourite CWR wine lovers.

7.00pm - Arrive to enjoy a sparkling rose with warmed olives, while Paul shares the story of Levantine Hills Estate.

7.30pm - First course served - Chicken Liver Pate and Scallop Ceviche with the 2018 Estate Chardonnay and the single vineyard 2018 Katherine's Paddock Chardonnay.

8.00pm - Second course served - 'Soupe à l'oignon' Classic French onion soup, crouton with the 2018 Estate Pinot Noir and 2017 Colleen's Paddock Pinot Noir.

8.30pm - Third course served - Beef Bourguignon with the 2018 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 2016 Samantha's Paddock Melange Tradionale - a Bordeaux blend.
