You'll prepare each cocktail exactly as guests enjoy them at the bar - in an ice-cold glass, with hand-pressed lime juice and shaved-to-order ice.
For those wanting to go deeper, an Extra-Special Tequila tasting can be added for an additional $15 per person. With more than 100 bottles behind the bar and counting, it's a chance to explore the craftsmanship of agave spirits, shaped by years of relationships with distillers across Mexico.
