Do you love films? Join our free Online Movie Club and chat to other film buffs about different films each month.

We've selected a great line-up of independent or international films for each Movie Club date. The films are all available for library members to stream for free anytime on Beamafilm.

The club is a great way for movie enthusiasts who love to watch and talk about films with a difference.  Our City of Sydney Library team will facilitate a fun and interesting discussion about the film, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to and hear other perspectives.

Movie Club is held on the last Tuesday of the month via Zoom. Before the event, you'll need to install the free Zoom software and on your own laptop, computer or device and watch the movie of the month.

It's free to join the Online Movie Club, however you'll need to book to join the discussion each month and be a City of Sydney Library member. See the dates and films selected for each month below and book in to attend one or all of the sessions.

Bookings for each monthly event are limited and you need to book each month individually.  Once you've booked, you'll receive an email with a link to join the Movie Club event on Zoom a few days prior.
