Now before you start thinking about your pooch planking, Doga is really about connecting with your dog through a series of stretches, breathing exercises and massage.
It's fun, interactive and suitable for all age groups and all breeds of dogs. All you need is your yoga mat & your dog!
Best book in early before all the positions are taken!

Dogs are on leash for Doga sessions and we advise you walk your pooch before the session. Don't forget to bring some doggy treats and doggy bags for #2's.
First Fleet Park is located right next to the Circular Quay transport hub, so getting there is easy. If you prefer to drive, all day weekend parking is available for $10. Head over to Wilson Parking online to book.
The Rocks is a COVID-safe precinct and DOGA is held outdoors, providing plenty of space for physical distancing.
