Taking place throughout December and January, EQ Sunday Festival is set to transform the EQ Terrace and Market Canopy into a vibrant cultural hub of food, drink, music, markets and play every Sunday.
Fun, festival style food
Throughout the series EQ Sunday Festival will feature a curated selection of Australia's most indulgent and inspiring street food vendors, with their dishes perfect for enjoying as you peruse the festival's drinks offering, markets or watch the kids while they play.
In what will be the ultimate feast for the senses, vendors will interchange on a regular basis, and showcase cuisines from all corners of the globe.
You can expect to taste dishes from Agape Organic, Happy as Larry, FIREPOP, The Hotdog Bite Food Truck, The Kofte Lab, Emmy's Gourmet Gozleme and Natas & Co.
Perfectly paired beverages
You'll also be able to sit back and sip on an extensive range of beverages, from incredible festival cocktails and beers from Hard Fizz Seltzer, Frenchies beer, Mr Black Espresso Martini, Poor Toms and Fever-Tree G&T, Corazon Frozen Margarita, or a Lyre's non-alcoholic festival cocktail...to name only a few.
Chilled vibes
Laid back music will play in the background, and set the tone for a summer Sunday well spent.
December highlights include performances by Cass Greaves, Dre & the Giants and Jeremy Gregory.
Play focused experiences for all ages
Every Sunday the precinct will be adorned with bean bags, soft play blocks and a plethora of large format games, ready for a day filled with fun and play.
This will be combined with a regularly changing program of workshops that both little ones and adults can take part in, covering arts and crafts by the non-profit art collective The CRUD Muffins, music workshops, and a bespoke marketplace experience featuring activations for children, as well as a curated selection of makers and creators.
