Perpetual with Breast Cancer Research Centre-WA invite you to attend free community information sessions; Understanding Estate Planning at 10 am and/or Financial Implications of the Estate Plan at 6 pm. There will be an information component followed by a Q & A session.
If you've got people in your life who you love and want to take care of, it's wise to build an estate plan. An estate plan is more than just drawing up a Will. It also involves formalising how you want to be looked after (medically and financially) if something happens to you, or if you're unable to make your own decisions later in life. Your estate plan will also clarify how you want your assets to be protected during your lifetime and distributed after your death. A Will is an important document that protects your family and assets. What you need to consider when making a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Power of Guardianship will also be discussed.
Join our presenters; Karolina Rzymkowska, Head of Estates Lynn & Brown Lawyers, who will present Understanding Estate Planning at 10 am and Chris Marshall, Partner WA, Perpetual, who will present Financial Implications of the Estate Plan at 6 pm. Light refreshments will be served
