To celebrate the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 coming to home soil, Barangaroo will host the Unity Pitch!
Located at the Central Activation Area off Wulugul Walk, the Unity Pitch is a multi-coloured football pitch which represents the two unique local cultures of Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand), and the coming together of the 32 nations participating in the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023.
Open from 12pm to 7pm daily between 20 July - 20 August with a fun, vibrant program of football activities, the pitch will be available for use by the public, teams, organisations, sporting and community groups.
Balls, bibs and goals are ready for all to come and play!
Barangaroo Unity Cup
There will also be the Barangaroo Unity Cup, a knockout tournament for 32 teams, held on the Unity Pitch during allocated times on weekdays during lunch.
