5 week course (attend in person or attend online) offering different topics each week.

Applying the timeless wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism and meditative insight to heal ourselves as we face the everyday challenges of anxiety, depression, anger, physical pain, loneliness, and burnout.

Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times.

  • Week 1 (Tuesday 16 February, 7pm): Mastering the Mind

  • Week 2 (Tuesday 23 February, 7pm): Basic Sanity

  • Week 3 (Tuesday 2 March, 7pm): Depression

  • Week 4 (Tuesday 9 March, 7pm): Happy and Stability

  • Week 5 (Tuesday 16 March, 7pm): Truth, Love and Relationships

Attend online or in-person.

We are registered as a Covid-Safe organization with a Covid-19 safety plan; Covid-Safe check-in; 4 square metre rule indoors; regular cleaning and use of face masks as required by the latest government guidelines.
