Headlining the annual Food & Words writers' festival program is Sydney chef Neil Perry, who's just opened his new Sydney restaurant Margaret Double Bay and released his tenth cookbook, Everything I Love to Cook. He's in conversation with Joanna Savill.
The Sydney-centric program also includes Prof. Stephen J Simpson, who will talk about his book Eat Like the Animals and the findings of more than 30 years of research; Laura Dalrymple co-owner of the all-animal butchery Feather and Bone on her book, co-written with Grant Hilliard, Ethical Omnivore; and Alana Mann from Sydney University and FoodLab - and author of Food in a Changing Climate.
