Starting from Tuesday 6 April, Capoeira Topazio Australia will be teaching free one-hour classes that are perfect for beginners wanting to learn the basic moves of this Afro-Brazilian blend of martial arts and dance. These fun, playful classes will incorporate cardio, stretches, learning basic moves, and some circle play, before a gentle cool down time. Grab some friends and make a fun night out of it in The Rocks.
