LGBTQ running group Sydney Frontrunners is running a free Couch to 5k running program to encourage more lesbians into this wonderful activity.
It culminates with Frontrunners 'Stride with Pride' 5k run on Saturday 25 February 2023 at Centennial Park - part of World Pride. Not only will you get the opportunity to meet other lesbians, you'll also receive coaching from a qualified female run coach and support from other fabulous Frontrunner women. Also included is a free Sydney Frontrunners membership for 2023.
The program is suitable for women new to running or who may be returning to running.
