Vivid Sydney is back for another year of incredible light, music and ideas.
As the world-famous festival returns to Sydney, Mode Kitchen & Bar will be showcasing their creativity with a special Vivid course menu.
Available throughout the entire Vivid festival (Friday 27 May until Saturday 18 June), the menu will feature a selection of Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli's favourite seasonal picks.
Francesco and his team have created a Vivid inspired menu featuring a vibrant purple risotto, steamed Hapuka with bright yellow saffron emulsion, and a colourful treat to finish. Two courses for $70 or three courses for $90 per person.
The Vivid period is one of the most vibrant times of the year in Sydney and at Mode Kitchen & Bar. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
