The Internationally acclaimed Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park will showcase an exceptional range of Sydney and NSW spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and botanical concoctions.

Go-Local ticket holders will move at their own pace through immersive ultra-premium pop-up gin stations meeting experts from the likes of Archie Rose, Poor Toms, Fever Tree and Hickson Road Distillery to taste, soak up mini-masterclasses and learn tasty gin hacks.
