As part of the Green Heart Event Program, Brisbane Sustainability Agency is popping up at Westfield Carindale this school holidays with free native plant giveaways, kids' activity bags and sustainability displays so you can learn how to live a more eco-friendly life and lower your household expenses at the same time.

Each day there'll be 1,000 plants given away thanks to Council's free native plants program so be quick!

While you're there, you can also chat with experts and learn simple tips and tricks to build flood resilience at home, to help you prepare for, live through and recovery quickly from flood events.

And if you've ever wondered what your household carbon footprint is, you can take the Brisbane Carbon Challenge at the pop-up to learn about your household's emissions and receive tips on how to reduce your emissions and save on bills.

Bus, bike or walk to Westfield Carindale and visit the Brisbane Sustainability Agency team on ground floor near Coles from 9am-5pm on the 26th and 27th September.
