Ride, Learn and Have Fun with Like-Minded Girls!
Head for the Hills offers school holiday mountain bike clinics just for girls! Designed to bring together young female riders in a fun and supportive environment, these beginner and intermediate programs help build confidence, develop new skills, and inspire a love for mountain biking.
The Beginner Skills Clinic is perfect for those new to mountain biking! Learn the fundamentals, including balance and control, braking technique, body position and cornering.
The Intermediate Skills Clinic is for riders with some experience who want to refine their technique and ride safer, smoother, and faster. Skills covered include, riding actively, front and rear wheel lifts as well as cornering and line choice.
The clinics are for girls aged 10-14 years and participants must be able to ride confidently on two wheels with good control.

Please note, that programs at National Parks and Wildlife Service SA locations incur a mandatory visitor use fee.
